By accessing and using FA Academy's online tuition services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

FA Academy provides online tuition services for CBSE and Maharashtra State Board students in subjects including Mathematics, Economics, Political Science, Accounting, and other related subjects.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

You must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use our services

One account per student; sharing accounts is prohibited

Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in advance for the selected subscription period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Refund Policy: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been attended. Pro-rata refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Students must attend scheduled classes on time

Missed classes may be recorded and made available for later viewing

Respectful behavior towards teachers and fellow students is mandatory

Disruptive behavior may result in account suspension or termination

All course materials, videos, notes, and content provided by FA Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content is for personal, non-commercial use only

Recording, sharing, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited

Violation may result in legal action and account termination

FA Academy provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or device malfunctions.

Non-payment of fees

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
